Minimum order quantities apply due to the nature of decoration techniques used to brand advertising products. If the decoration required is outside our normal minimum production process feel free to speak with our team to find out about what other options may be available.

Set Up Charges
Most business promotional gifts require a set up preparation charge for branding. Set up charges vary depending on the item and preferred decoration technique. These charges will be confirmed when the quote is provided.
Do I Get a Proof of My Artwork?
As part of our production process, once an order is confirmed, we provide a clear artwork approval showing positioning, colour and quantity being produced. This approval process is done for every marketing product placed into production. We do not place any promo products into production until our clients are happy to proceed.
