Set Up Charges for Promotional Compendiums

Most business promotional gifts require a set up preparation charge for branding.  Set up charges vary depending on the item and preferred decoration technique.  These charges will be confirmed when the quote is provided.

Do I Get a Proof of My Artwork?

As part of our production process, once an order is confirmed, we provide a clear artwork approval showing positioning, colour and quantity being produced.  This approval process is done for every marketing product placed into production.  We do not place any promo products into production until our clients are happy to proceed.

Payment Terms for Promotional Compendiums

All first time orders, unless otherwise arranged, are prepaid by Cheque, EFT or Credit Card (MasterCard / Visa) until credit terms are established. An invoice will be issued prior to dispatch date to ensure there is no delay once your Non Leather Compendiums are ready for dispatch.

Artwork and Decoration Details for Promotional Compendiums

To reproduce your logo on the A4 Compendium, we need to be provided with the best artwork to brand your Compendiums accurately.

What Artwork Needs to be Provided to Decorate Branded Compendiums?

We require artwork to be submitted electronically in the following formats. 

• Adobe Illustrator format (up to Version CS4) .ai or .eps
• Corel Draw (Version 12 files) .cdr

Artwork supplied should be;

• Vector line art or Hi res JPG (acceptable for embroidery only).  Please note low resolution .jpgs or bitmap files are not acceptable.
• Colour separated to P.M.S. colours, not CMYK (unless actually printing via four colour process).
• Fonts used should be converted to outlines.
• If any images are used in the files they should be saved as a resolution of 300dpi.

Do I Get a Proof of My Artwork?

As part of our production process, once an order is confirmed, we provide clear artwork for approval showing how we will brand the A4 Compendium.  This approval process is followed for every product placed into production.  We do not place any Compendiums into production until our clients are happy to proceed.

Can I Get My PMS Colour Matched When Branding Compendiums?

We provide PMS color-matching unless otherwise stated. If PMS color-matching is not possible on an item, the closest available color will be selected. Our Promotional Product Specialists can assist when selecting the most appropriate PMS colour or you can click here to view the PMS Colour Chart. For embroidery, we will select the embroidery thread color which most closely matches your specified PMS color.

Haven't Got Original Artwork?

If appropriate artwork can’t be provided to specifications, we can assist with the creation and development of artwork to decorate your Non Leather Compendiums. Speak to our Promotional Product Specialists now and we'll help you get started.  We may have to recreate logos when we receive basic files.  We charge $50 to recreate your logo to an acceptable format, which will be passed onto you to keep for future use.

Production Time for Promotional Compendiums

Standard production time for branded Compendiums, promotional merchandise and advertising products from order and artwork approval is approximately 2-3 weeks, subject to stock availability.

We make every effort to ensure the range of promotional Compendiums featured on our website are in-stock and ready for branding. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, stocks of certain A4 Compendium may be depleted and we will do our best to offer you comparable business advertising products alternatives that can delivered on time and on budget.
