Our standard production time is approximately 2-3 weeks from the time of order and artwork approval, subject to stock availability.  Need something faster, or for a specific event, Contact Us now to see how we can help. We can deliver Australia wide using our carrier or by using your nominated carrier.

Decoration Techniques and Artwork Requirements

Click here for an explanation of our Decoration Processes.  We prefer to receive the best possible artwork and based on your final promotional product selection we can advise if there are any special requirements, or detail, that may be particular to any individual promotional product.  If artwork cannot be provided to our artwork specifications we can assist with the creation and development of your graphic requirements.  Click here to view our preferred Artwork Specifications. Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities do apply due to the value of promotional products, the production method required and decoration technique requested.  If your preference is outside of our normal minimum production process feel free to speak with us to find out what other options may be available.
