Minimum Order Quantities for the Zen Music Centre
Minimum order quantities apply due to the nature of decoration techniques used to brand advertising products. If the decoration required is outside our normal minimum production process feel free to speak with our team to find out about what other options may be available.

Set Up Charges
Most business promotional gifts require a set up preparation charge for branding. Set up charges vary depending on the item and preferred decoration technique. These charges will be confirmed when the quote is provided.
Do I Get a Proof of My Artwork?
As part of our production process, once an order is confirmed, we provide a clear artwork approval showing positioning, colour and quantity being produced. This approval process is done for every marketing product placed into production. We do not place any promo products into production until our clients are happy to proceed.

Payment Terms
All first time orders, unless otherwise arranged, are prepaid by Cheque, EFT or Credit Card (MasterCard / Visa) until credit terms are established. An invoice will be issued prior to dispatch date to ensure there is no delay once your Radios, MP3 Players and Speakers are ready for dispatch.

We guarantee, if you find an identical product with the same level of decoration and delivery method offered from a credible fellow member of the Australasian Promotional Products Association at a lower cost, then we will endeavour to do our absolute best to match, beat or offer to you an alternate promotional product that may be even better value for money than the promo product selected.
What we won't do is sacrifice our industry leading service and quality just to be the cheapest. We have learnt, through experience that being the cheapest is not necessarily always the best.

Artwork and Decoration Details
To reproduce your logo, we need to be provided with the best artwork to brand your products accurately.

What Artwork Needs to be Provided?
We require artwork to be submitted electronically in the following formats.
Artwork supplied should be;

Vector line art or Hi res JPG (acceptable for embroidery only). Please note low resolution .jpgs or bitmap files are not acceptable.

Colour separated to P.M.S. colours, not CMYK (unless actually printing via four colour process).

Fonts used should be converted to outlines.

If any images are used in the files they should be saved as a resolution of 300dpi.

Do I Get a Proof of My Artwork?
As part of our production process, once an order is confirmed, we provide clear artwork for approval showing how we will brand your items. This approval process is followed for every product placed into production. We do not place any into production until our clients are happy to proceed.
Can I Get My PMS Colour Matched?
We provide PMS color-matching unless otherwise stated. If PMS color-matching is not possible on an item, the closest available color will be selected. Our Promotional Product Specialists can assist when selecting the most appropriate PMS colour or you can click here to view the PMS Colour Chart. For embroidery, we will select the embroidery thread color which most closely matches your specified PMS color.
Haven't Got Original Artwork?
If appropriate artwork can’t be provided to specifications, we can assist with the creation and development of artwork to decorate your Radios, MP3 Players and Speakers. Speak to our Promotional Product Specialists now and we'll help you get started. We may have to recreate logos when we receive basic files. We charge $50 to recreate your logo to an acceptable format, which will be passed onto you to keep for future use.

Production & Shipping Details
Standard production time from order and artwork approval is approximately 2-3 weeks, subject to stock availability.
We make every effort to ensure that products featured on our website are in-stock and ready for branding. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, stocks of depleted and we will do our best to offer you comparable business advertising products alternatives that can delivered on time and on budget.

We deliver to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and all other cities and towns within Australia, even internationally, overseas using our fleet of carriers.
