We prefer at all times to receive the best possible artwork so that we can correctly and accurately reproduce our clients' logo or advertising message.

Exact artwork requirements can vary between products. The following specifications are generally suited to all products that we produce. Based on final product selection we can advise if there are any special requirements, or detail, that is particular to any individual product.

If artwork cannot be provided to our specifications we can assist with the creation and development of your graphic requirements.

For all print jobs the preferred method of receipt of artwork is via an electronic format. Artwork should be supplied as line-artwork, colour separated and be at the size to be reproduced.

Files can be submitted any of the following formats:

• Convert all fonts to outlines or curves.
• All P.M.S. colours to be listed and colour separated.
• If outlines are used make sure that they are scalable with the image.
• Artwork to be colour separated to P.M.S. colours, not RGB/CMYK (unless actually printing via four colour process).

Tone work to be set up as 80lpi ranging from 20%-80%.

• Artwork will be emailed or faxed to you for approval prior to commencement of production.

• If camera ready artwork is not supplied, then our basic charge of $35.00 will apply.
• In some instances extra costs will be incurred with complex or multi-coloured artwork.
• We will supply a quotation on the additional costs before we start artwork preparation.

• Artwork is not camera ready until opened and checked by Australian Corporate Essentials.
• Charges may apply to any revisions we make.
